Charles M Bucklin was born in Washington DC and has lived in Rockville, MD for 43 Years.

As an active member in his Community, he loves to help people with their financial goals. Being the President of Advanced Mortgage LLC has placed him in the position of doing just that. Starting from the ground up at Evergreen Lending LLC in 2005, has made him appreciate all areas of the Industry. Right from the start, Mr. Bucklin earned “Rookie of the year” in 20005 and “Loan Officer of the Year” in 2006. Charles Bucklin specializes in Residential and Commercial Mortgages. He is licensed in MD, DC, VA, and is Federally Registered in the other 47 States. As a member of The Veterans Advocacy & Benefits Association, Mr. Bucklin helps Veterans and has a passion for doing so.  Mr. Bucklin is always up to date on the ins and outs of the Mortgage Industry being Certified in the Pathways to Purchase Program for Prince George’s County and as a member of the Maryland Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association.
